Let’s get physical

I got physical tonight after yesterday’s slippage — that’s me in the back in the stylish white shorts.  I only worked for about five or six hours today, hung out with the boys, and cleaned up a bit.  I just finished my workout, the normal week 2 workout, which finishes me up for the week except for intervals tomorrow, which I should have done today.  I can tell things are working, especially my shoulders, because the shoulder presses are getting easier, except for the one time I had two different weights.  Ever feel like a complete dork, even when no one’s watching?  Yeah, I felt like that.

Breakfast

  • scrambled eggs with cheese
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cups coffee

Lunch

  • 2 beef, cheese, and peach/mango salsa wraps with whole-grain tortillas
  • 1 pear
  • 1 Coke Zero

Dinner

  • pork tenderloin
  • cucumber
  • cabbage with pine nuts

Snack

  • almonds
  • 1 banana

Lots of water
