Catching up

Now I thinking I’m posting for the correct day and I’m glad that I’m finally catching up.  Even though it only takes a few minutes each day to do this, sometimes it feels like a chore.  But I’m determined to keep this up as I work out, because it also exercises my brain and my occasional sense of humor.

I’m making this quick, so let’s cut to the chase.

Breakfast

  • egg, cheese, and tomato omelet
  • 1 banana
  • 1 low-carb, high-protein diet
  • 1 cup coffee of the Splenda & half and half variety

Snack

  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds

Lunch

  • fajita chicken salad over spinach with light Caesar dressing (I finally ran out of chicken, time for a change!)
  • celery with peanut butter

Dinner

  • Zaxby’s Caesar Zalad (isn’t that annoying as hell?) without the croutons
  • 1 coffee (see above)

Snack

  • cottage cheese (I really know how to live on the edge, don’t I?)

Exercise was intervals in 41°F misty weather at night.  Lovely.  That’s, I’m caught up — see you tomorrow!

  1. Way to go!! I’m trying to provide positive encouragement, although SOME of your friends seem to be doing the opposite!! I would never call you a fat assed dork!! :-)

  2. Haha, thanks Rob for the good vibes and for drinking all of my beer for me. I haven’t had any in almost two weeks, so you’re going to need to drink double. :-)

    Oh, and I just ignore my tiny-footed friends! :-)
