Belated Wednesday post

Yes, I know this post wasn’t really done on Wednesday, but since one or two of you have noticed that I haven’t posted in a while, I’ll post what little I can remember about Wednesday since it’s now Sunday.  I have a feeling there will be some cut and paste entries for “today”, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

So, what happened on Wednesday?  Huh, I don’t quite remember other than being happy that as I finished up my workout, I was happy that I only had one of them to go.  Even though the workout is more challenging, I feel very accomplished once I’m done and feel like I can continue this for the duration.

Breakfast

  • scrambled eggs
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup coffee

Snack

  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • Diet Dr. Pepper

Lunch

  • tuna (mayo & dill pickles) & spinach salad
  • plain yogurt w/blueberries

Dinner

  • pork tenderloin with peach/mango salsa
  • green beans
  • water

Snack

  • whey protein & milk (while working out)
  • water
